Sankta takes care of your order with the utmost care. Because the majority of our products are unique collectibles, we guarantee sturdy and extremely protective packaging.

Shipping

All orders within Belgium and The Netherlands placed before 15u are delivered the next day. Orders placed on saturday and sunday will be delivered on tuesday. 

All orders within Belgium and The Netherlands are shipped free of charge from €75.

All packages are send secured with PostNL.

Returns

You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days without stating reasons. The withdrawal period expires 14 calendar days after the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, takes physical possession of the good.

The direct costs of returning the goods are for your own account.

Every return must be registered via [email protected] stating your order number.

Conditions

• All returned items are carefully examined.
• The basic principle here is that you may only inspect the item as you would in a store. This means that the packaging of the product remains unopened and undamaged.
• When an article has undergone a decrease in value due to its use, this will be charged.
• After reviewing your return, you will be refunded the purchase amount, or residual value if applicable, and shipping costs, if applicable.
• Refund of your return is always done via the payment method with which you placed the order.
